Dr Katarzyna Dionne has great bedside manners. We had a nice get-to-know chat at the start, then she PATIENTLY reviewed the X-ray images and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed, and she cared to make sure I had a good experience.The hygienist Emily was sensitive to my concerns and made me look forward to my next cleaning. The dental Assistant was great too. The entire team just made my day.

They did a great job considering the fact it took an actual man to pull my tooth out...

I went in to get a crown done on my lower jaw tooth. I was able to watch a movie through the whole thing! It was awesome! It made the time fly by. And it was over before I knew it. Dr. Dionne is very gentle and caring, she explained every thing to me before the movie started and she gave me the novocaine before the movie to be certain I was completely numb. She and her assistant worked very well together making me feel comfortable and at ease from the beginning to the end of the whole process. It was the best crown ever I ever got. I have had quite a few. I highly recommend Dr. Dionne and her whole staff. I have my teeth cleaned there also. They are all so friendly and professional at the same time.

I chipped a tooth over the weekend and they were able to see me on Monday and repair the tooth...so glad they could fit me in!

As always, my latest visit to Sprucewood Dental was an excellent example of outstanding service and patient care. My session started on time and was very thorough and professional. All of the Sprucewood personnel I deal with are friendly, helpful, and I honestly feel they are truly concerned with my dental health. I was able to be taken as a last minute patient when I requested to be seen along with my wife's appointment. I thought I was coming down with a sensitive tooth and due to an upcoming trip became concerned. I was seen by Dr. Dionne and was relieved to find out there was no problem. I received a great check up and was so pleased to be seen so quickly.

For 22 years I have relied on this dental practice and it's predecessor. I could not recommend more qualified or pleasant -even fun- dental and gum professionals. Because of my periodontal disease I have visited the practice every 3 months over this time. The fees are reasonable and the dentist and hygienists are at the top of their game and stay up to date.

The staff, hygenists, and Dr. Dionne are professional, friendly, and helpful. I've been going to Sprucewood since moving here in 2001 and have always enjoyed the experience. The team works hard to meet individual needs, and I've found them to be honest and good listeners....my perspective is important to them.

At 70, I've experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly in dentistry all over the country. Now, thankfully, I'm experiencing the GREAT as a Sprucewood patient. Have had fillings, exams, cleanings, and, just yesterday, a crown. Sprucewood's providers are beyond excellent in every way, and the clinic is like something out of Architectural Digest. What the heck: Six Stars!
